The neighbourhood is very pleasant with everything within walking distance from shops to restaurants to markets. There is an elevator to the 9th floor where the aparment is and a nice balcony where you can enjoy the excellent view.
Utilities and service:
Most apartments in town charge 0.25 cents per unit for electricity, and this place is no different. The landlord does not charge more than the standard price. Water is also at standard charge. There is also internet, parking and 24-hour security.
There are two guards on duty 24 hours a day, as one would expect at a quality apartment block, and the surrounding area is very safe. The guards not only open the gates for you, but also check everyone who comes and goes.
This is a great location in the much sought-after BKK1 area and is near some nice cafés and restaurants in this quiet neighbourhood. It’s very central and most amenities are within walking distance. There are also some great views over town from the 9th floor balcony.
The rent is US$2,300 per month, which is good value because all four bedrooms are very big, the furniture is very nice, the living area is huge and there is no need to spend any more. There is also good security, parking and internet.
This apartment is fully furnished with nice solid timber pieces and soft sofas. The apartment has everything a tenant would need and the owner has spent a lot of money furnishing the place.
Everything is in fine working order and the owner has checked everything. If a new tenant wanted to add something or change something the owner would be more than happy to do so, but everything appears to be in good working order.
