The balconies at the back and front of the apartment both provide great views of the neighbourhood. Also, the rooms are spacious and well ventilated. However, it is the striking hardwood flooring throughout the apartment that truly sets the tone.

There is a security guard on duty throughout the night, an added bonus. The apartment is in a safe area where expat residents experience few problems.

This attractive, airy apartment is set in a sought after area, just off Norodom Blvd and close to local amenities. Located down a peaceful dead end street, it has a fine location for those looking to escape the bustle of the city.

This is great value considering the size. The owner is only asking for $550 per month, which is inexpensive for a tidy, two bedroom place in this area.


The living room includes wooden sofas and chairs, complete with cushions, while the numerous chairs and table found in the dining area make it ideal for entertaining. The spacious bedrooms contain both a/c and ceiling fan, while there is a gas stove, refrigerator and ample storage space for home chefs in the modern kitchen.

The owner has recently had all appliances checked and everything is in full working order. Maintenance is simply a matter of contacting the landlord.
