National Wushu tourney kicks off at indoor hall

The Chinese martial art of Wushu will be on display at the indoor hall of Olympic Stadium from this morning in the form of this year’s National Championships. The four-day event organised by the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sport is set to feature performances by 130 males and 94 female competitors hailing from 12 clubs. Cambodia Wushu Federation President Mao Chanthavuth noted a significant decline, especially in girls, from last year’s participation.
