Vorn Viva warms up against Ei Phouthang

ISKA world middleweight champion Vorn Viva will face Ei Phouthang today in a non-title fight listed at 75 kilograms at CTN boxing arena. The bout is a tune-up fight for Kampong Cham native Vorn Viva, who is scheduled to headline a Cambodia v Laos card on November 9. Koh Kong’s Ei Phouthang, though far past his prime at age 37, remains among the greatest names in Cambodian kickboxing. Vorn Viva outpointed Germany’s Alban Ahmeti in August 2008 to win the ISKA title.
