Rainsy after the deadlock

For almost one year Sam Rainsy and his party refused to take their seats in parliament, despite winning the most seats in last year's election that he has since leaving the government.

After signing an agreement on Tuesday with the ruling Cambodian People's Party to end the deadlock, Rainsy sat down with the Post to talk about the concessions he secured and why he choose to make the deal.
