Ptas Bay Kon Pov (literally means Youngest Child’s Kitchen) serves a range of Battambang traditional dishes. One local specialty is a paste called kantuy hes that is more commonly associated with neighbouring Pursat province, but the older generation claims it actually originated from Battambang’s Banan district.
