THE National Bank of Cambodia will require all businesses to use a new cheque with improved security features including a special code that needs to be printed on every cheque. "The new one is always better than the previous one," said Deputy Bank Governor Neav Chanthana, declining to elaborate. In Channy, CEO of ACLEDA Bank, said the cheque was developed as part of a long-term financial blueprint.
