Products of wines bearing trademark “ABSOLUT” from The Absolut Company Aktiebolag based on the Authorized Exclusive Distributorship Letter dated 19 April 2022 and the Extended Recordal Letter of Exclusive Right for Import and Distribution No. 3141 dated 26 October 2022 issued by the Ministry of Commerce;

2. Products of alcoholic beverages bearing trademark “PERRIER-JOUET” from CHAMPAGNE PERRIER-JOUET, Société en Commandite par Actions based on the Authorized Exclusive Distributorship Letter dated 20 July 2022 and the Recordal Letter of Exclusive Right for Import and Distribution No. 3139 dated 26 October 2022 issued by the Ministry of Commerce;

3. Products of alcoholic beverages bearing trademark “MARTELL” from MARTELL & CO based on the Authorized Exclusive Distributorship Letter dated 30 March 2021 and the Recordal Letter of Exclusive Right for Import and Distribution No. 0835 dated 09 March 2023 issued by the Ministry of Commerce.

Accordingly, please kindly be informed of our official announcement and cease doing parallel import and/or distributing parallel imported goods bearing the above trademarks. We shall reserve our right to take legal action against other parties who have violated the exclusive right of PR Cam which results in harmful consequences to its business activities.
