ROAD tax payments must be paid between Tuesday and October 20 or vehicle owners risk being fined, the Ministry of Economics and Finance has announced. Minister Keat Chhon said motorbike and car owners must show a 2009 road tax receipt to officials. “If you do not, you will pay the 2009 tax and be fined the same amount,” he said. Vehicles belonging to government institutions, embassies and NGOs do not have to pay.
