A conglomerate of three Vietnamese businesses, the Phu Rieng-Kratie Joint Stock Company

(PRKJSC), has secured a 70-year lease on nearly 1,000 hectares of land in Kratie

Province to cultivate rubber, Vietnamese press reported. The PRKJSC has a total chartered

capital of around $12.5 million . The conglomerate has now reclaimed 300 hectares

of land, of which 100 hectares are already planted with rubber trees.
