The grand inauguration ceremony was graced by the esteemed presence of Samdech Moha Borvor Thipadei Hun Manet, Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Cambodia, and Neak Okhna Kith Meng, Chairman of Wing Bank, and Chairman and CEO of the Royal Group of Companies.
