On February 18 The Bodaiju Residences housing development by Japanese developer Creed Cambodia has progressed as expect, with the concrete work on the top floors of two buildings finishing in January. The Japanese engineers have been guarunteed they will provide world-class quality in accordance with British building standards. Cosntruction on the first two buildings is expected to be complete by the end of 2017. Once finished, Bodaiju Residences will be the tallest building near the Phnom Penh international airport. The ceremony marking the completion of the two buildings was attended by Por Sen Chey district governor Keo Sophea, Creed Group founder and CEO Toshihiko Muneyoshi, and Seng Heng, who is a shareholder in construction projects.
