On Thursday, the British Embassy in Phnom Penh celebrated the 90th birthday of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II at the Intercontinental Phnom Penh Hotel. Over 500 distinguished guests, including representatives from the royal government of Cambodia, foreign diplomats, civil society leaders and students joined Ambassador Bill Longhurst to celebrate the event.
