November 18 was the official grand opening of the showroom for the first condominium blending Khmer architecture and modern-style design. The showroom will be opened to the public after more than seven months of construction, which started mid-April. The condominium is a joint project between locally-owned Parkway Investment Co Ltd and Chinese-owned Nantong City Daxin Engineering (Cambodia) Co Ltd, and will be located in the trendy district of Tuol Kork. Sour Soktheng, CEO of Parkway Investment announced that the development will comprise three buildings of respectively 29 floors, 25 floors and 35 floors.
