Phnom Penh Post - Michelin Star Chef Philippe Girardon Explores Food's Innate Flavours at Topaz Restaurant

Phnom Penh, Cambodia - Thalias Hospitality organised a special press lunch at Topaz Restaurant on Tuesday, October 16th. The restaurant welcomes Michelin Star Chef Philippe Girardon, who is also the winner of the prestigious Meilleur Ouvrier de France.

Starting from 6:00 PM On Thursday, October 18th, 2018, the award winning chef will serve a specially designed menu for Phnom Penh's fine dining lovers. It includes, among other dishes, Rock Crab cannelloni with Hass avocado mousse and an inspiration from Greek mythology, 'Le Jardin des Hesperides', arrangement of yellow lemon varieties, almond crumble and hibiscus coulis.
