The Prince Real Estate Group Media Days began on August 9, 2023, with journalists from more than 30 Cambodian media outlets visiting such renowned developments as Bay of Lights, Prince International Plaza, Prince Happiness Plaza and Prince Central Plaza.

Spanning three days, tours were also made to many of the group’s business operations outside the real estate sector, such as Prince Supermarket, Prince Club and Prince Manor.

The event offered a taste of Prince Real Estate’s diverse corporate culture and provided the opportunity to again introduce to the public its excellent properties and services, while sharing the delight of previous customers well served by the group's many creations and refined workmanship.

The tour began with a visit to Bay of Lights, currently being built by Prince Real Estate Group in Sihanoukville and covering an area of 934 hectares.

The entertainment hub first phase is to feature a beach club, 60 lavish cabin lodges set along the coastline, a go-kart track, reverse bungee jump and paintball among many other high-end leisure facilities.

The media on August 10 then visited Prince International Plaza, a mixed-use project built by Prince Real Estate Group located at the heart of a busy commercial hub in central Phnom Penh.

The superbly designed combination of commercial and residential buildings provides full convenience to any business, with dining, leisure, shopping and entertainment to delight customers of all ages and walks of life.

Prince Happiness Plaza and Prince Central Plaza, the mixed-use Phnom Penh business centre projects developed by Prince Real Estate Group, were next on the agenda.

The journalists were then invited to the Prince Manor Resort to experience the range of top leisure facilities on offer, while the event culminated on August 11 with a visit to the Prince One Tropica project, the group's first high-end borey villa development.
