Phnom Penh Post - Prince Real Estate Group wins three Cambodia Real Estate Awards

Prince Real Estate Group (PREG) has been recognised for its outstanding achievements in the Kingdom's real estate industry, winning three prestigious awards at the fourth annual Cambodia Real Estate Awards (CREA).

The awards were presented at a gala event hosted by Realestate.com.kh in Phnom Penh on April 7, 2023.

PREG won the following awards at the 2023 CREA:

• Developer of the Year – Prince Real Estate Group
• Retail Development of the Year – Prince International Plaza
• Hall of Fame (Personality of the Year) – PREG CEO, Edward Lee

Since 2022, the Prince Real Estate Group has been dedicated to implementing a series of tasks towards achieving diversified development and expanding its international presence.

With Cambodia as the core, the company aims to expand its footprint into overseas markets, including Japan and South Korea, as well as Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand and other Southeast Asian countries.

The group has also opened overseas offices in select locations, achieving overall performance growth and laying the foundations for continued success.

The Cambodia Real Estate Awards is an annual selection that recognises and celebrates real estate companies that have made outstanding contributions to the development of the industry in the Kingdom.

The awards include the Real Estate Agency Award, Real Estate Developer/Development Award and Real Estate Hall of Fame Award.

Winners are judged and nominated by a panel of industry experts, with public comment obtained through online voting.

Official auditors carefully supervise the review process, following the principles of transparency, objectivity and fairness, to reward outstanding companies or individuals.
