Phnom Penh Post - The Stage 1960s unveils retro dining at Memoire Palace Resort & Spa

On Friday, The Stage 1960s was officially opened at Memoire Palace Resort & Spa. The modern restaurant combines contemporary dishes with dishes from the 60s. There is a cooking show and live introduction to each dish’s history. This serves to boost society via the creation of domestic jobs and the purchase of local organic vegetables and meat.
