Phnom Penh Post - A Taste of Tokyo in Phnom Penh

On February 22, The Oyster Bar restaurant joined with famous Japanese restaurant CarneTribe to present a taste of Tokyo to Phnom Penh. One of the restaurant’s top chefs, Hikaru, cooked a selection of Japanese dishes for the guests. Diners chose between a set five course menu for $80 without sake or a five course menu for $120 including sake pairings. Photos supplied
