Credit Bureau (Cambodia) Co. Ltd. "CBC" is the leading provider of information, analytical tools and credit reporting services to Banks, rnicrofinances, leasing companies, credit operators and consumers in the Kingdom of Cambodia. CBC promotes greater financial stability by providing accurate real time data to consumers and industry that helps control the financial aspects of the business. CBC is seeking qualified Cambodian National to fill up the position below based in Phnom Penh.

Business Development Manager
Job Description
Business Development Manager specializes in business development and sale management. S/He is responsible for new client recruitment and relationship management.

Duties and Responsibilities
• Meeting up with customers on monthly basis for business growth purposes
• Initiate in developing new potential products
• Lead the team in developing new product from the conception until rolling out
• Develop sale strategies for CBC
• Lead sale team in promoting CBC's products and encourage new member subscription
• Maintain good banking relationship and other communication line with customers
• Work closely with other departments in developing new products

Skills and Specification
• University Graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related fields
• Three years of sales experience in financial industry or servicing industry
• Business development and negotiation skills with the ability to effectively originate new products
• Good understanding of local financial market
• Language proficiency in spoken and written English
• Good leadership in both team and individual
• Flexible attitude, independent, careful and teamwork personality
• Good communication skills
• Strong presentation skills

Marketing Officer
Job Description
Marketing Officer is responsible for daily marketing activities and manages awareness raising programs aimed at enhancing the image and brand awareness of Credit Bureau Cambodia.

Duties and Responsibilities
• S/He will help manage and control design and print production of marketing materials
• Initiate awareness raising activities to promote CBC to the public
• Lead in organizing awareness raising activities with key stakeholders
• Support in managing and updating corporate website
• Translate or proof read articles and other marketing materials from English to Khmer and vice versa
• Make attractive and interesting post on social media sites to increase a number of followers/subscribers

Skills and Specification
• University Graduate in Marketing, Journalism or Finance and Banking (not essential but an advantage)
• At least 1-2 years experience in Marketing or Journalism or any related fields
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Excellent writing and speaking in both Khmer and English language
• Computer proficient with Microsoft Office (Knowledge in design software is an advantage)
• Strong administrative and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a multi tasks environment
• Ability to work under pressure
• Good attention to details and accuracy
