The Planete Enfant & Development Cambodia has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Community-based Childcare for Garment Factory Workers and intends to apply part of the proceeds for consulting services.
 
The individual consultant will be recruited for 45 days. The consultation will start in June and will finish the consultation in August to responsible in proposing alternatives for the nursery management system based on existing ECCD regulations, laws and policies. Proposals must involve private, public or public-private management with the involvement of local authorities. The Legal Expert have to define the responsibility and legal ownership of nurseries based on the different management options according to the laws in force, define the legal responsibility in case of accidental accidents to children, propose a solution to reduce the legal risk as stated details in ToR.
 
The Planete Enfant & Development Cambodia now invites eligible individual consultant (“Consultants”) to indicate their interest in providing the Services. Interested Consultants should provide information demonstrating that they have the required qualifications and relevant experience to perform the Services. The shortlisting criteria are:
• A Master’s degree in law or management or related degree
• In-depth knowledge of the government structure, laws and legal systems of Cambodia;
• At least 3 years of working experience in public sector and/or donor-financed projects;
• Specialization and practice in relevant field of law;
• Full fluency in written and spoken English.
The individual consultants will base in Community-based Childcare for Garment Factory Workers (CBCC Project) located at #9AB, St.446, Sangkat Tuol Tompoung 1 ,Khan Chamkarmorn, Phnom Penh, Cambodia
