Individual Consultant for the role of H-EQIP Pooled Fund   Coordinator
The health team in World Bank Cambodia country office is seeking to hire an international consultant to provide coordination and support for the pooled fund partners (including the World Bank, Australia’s DFAT, Germany’s KfW, and Korea’s KOICA) in the operations and implementation of the Cambodia Health Equity and Quality Improvement Project (H-EQIP, 2016-2021).   The development objective of H-EQIP is to improve access to quality health services for targeted population groups with protection against impoverishment due to the cost of health services in Cambodia.   Duties of the position include managing communication, liaising with development partners and government counterparts, supporting overall quality and achievements of H-EQIP, contributing to analytical activities, and planning for key program events.
