Marie Stopes International Cambodia (MSIC) is a leader in the provision of quality family planning services and reproductive health services in Cambodia. MSIC provides a comprehensive range of high-quality family planning and reproductive health services and products in Phnom Penh and across the country through eight clinical centres, mobile clinical outreach in 20 provinces in collaboration with the Cambodian Ministry of Health, strategic partnerships with the public and private health care sectors and a national social marketing programme. MSIC is a trusted provider of training and capacity building in family planning and reproductive health service provision for the public and private sectors. In addition, MSIC improves access to family planning and reproductive health services for vulnerable and underserved populations including garment factory workers, youth and people living in remote areas and are partners with the Ministry of Health in the expansion of reproductive health services to most at-risk populations for HIV.

About the role: As we enter into this period of significant expansion we are looking for a visionary Country Director responsible for developing and delivering a country strategy, including utilizing private sector and government approaches to be at the cutting edge service delivery in Cambodia.

You’ll be an inspirational leader, developing a passionate and committed team of professionals who deliver life-saving services. This experienced team will enable you to focus on the big picture through innovative thinking.

You will also be responsible for developing new commercial opportunities, through sound marketing and robust financial planning; ensuring quality operations are in line with annual and long term strategic goals and objectives.

About you: We see the successful candidate bringing to the role programmatic experience with a desire to use commercial methodologies to be at the cutting edge of the global development sector.

Previous experience in a senior management and leadership position with a track record of achieving results and driving growth is essential, as is international experience, ideally gained in developing nations. You will also be pro choice.
