To support the business growth in Cambodia, we are looking for dynamic and result-oriented individuals to fill in the position of Director, Alternative Distribution Sales.  
(01 Position based in Phnom Penh)

Key Responsibilities:
1- Sales: ♦ Identify suitable non-bank partner channels to distribute products; ♦ Develop marketing strategies to maximize sale opportunities to increase revenues within and across partners; ♦ Plan, develop, and implement policies and processes that will improve business results for the partners; ♦ Conduct campaign launch, briefing, road shows, site visits, worksite marketing and other promotional activities;
2- Project Management: ♦ Understand project deliverables; ♦ Be proactive and assertive in dealing with identified new partner institutions to achieve timely deliverables; ♦ Identify contingency plan and implement remedial actions, if required, to minimize project delay; ♦ Engage internal stakeholders appropriately to ensure smooth implementation of projects.
3- Key working Relationship ♦ Existing partners and policyholders ♦ Newly identified potential bank and non-bank partners ♦ National Bank of Cambodia ♦ Ministry of Economy and Finance
Qualifications: ♦ A recognized degree in business fields; a post-graduate degree is a plus. ♦ More than 10 years of experience in progressively senior management role in finance and/or broader economics field ♦ Strong track record of project management skills (i.e. deliverables achieved in a timely and budgeted manner) ♦ Proven ability to win trust of multiple internal and external stakeholders ♦ Proven ability to connect between macro and micro perspectives.
