Japanese Guest Relation Officer

Victoria Angkor Resort & Spa, a 130-room luxury resort in Siem Reap, are looking for qualified candidates for the position of
1. Japanese Guest Relation Officer
♦ Lead some hotel inspections for Japanese Guests, Corporate or Travel Agents representatives.
♦ Professionally handle guests’ inquiries / hobbies and ensure that issues / concerns are followed up promptly and thoroughly.
♦ Mainly represent for property’s Management in welcoming guests and coordinating with other departments in accommodating guest’s needs and expectations.
♦ Mainly based at lobby area inclusive of guests’ public areas in ensuring that guests will be enhanced memorable experiences.
♦ Constantly evaluate and identify opportunities to generate more values and revenue for the property while matching the guest experience (upgrades, Spa, tours, F&B).
♦ Actively interacting with guests and providing pro-active guidance during their stay.
♦ Assisting relevant departments when applicable, in maintaining excellent customer services and aspects.
♦ Assisting the front office department in performing some of their duties such as checking in / out and responding to guests’ requests.
♦ Ensure all areas and all equipment’s / assets are cleaned and maintained to ensure guests and employees’ safety and comfort.
♦ Audit transportation services offered during tours or transfers.
♦ Report regularly to his superior concerning the daily operation.
♦ Transmit suggestion made by the guest and his subordinates to his superior
♦ Participate in all Front Office meetings.
♦ Participate in all training programs provided by the Front Office Manager
♦ Handle and solve complaints.
♦ Relate well with his staff under his supervision; follow the quality standards for his internal customers.
♦ Oversee the guests’ feedback through online travel communities such as Trip Advisor, Agoda etc. for the Japanese Guests
♦ Compile and generate monthly reports as they relate to customer satisfaction surveys.
♦ Identify the needs of the Japanese guests and suggests adapting or creating activities, services or products to increase guests satisfaction, therefore, revenue.

♦ College/University degree.
♦ Experience: 01-03 years in the front office.
♦ English and Japanese skills: fluent in speaking and writing (Japanese Guest Relation).
♦ IT skills: Word, Excel, Power Point. Opera is a plus
♦ Age 20 and above.
♦ Gender: Male/Female
♦ Nationality:  Japanese only
