We are currently seeking qualified candidates for the below positions to be based in Phnom Penh, Cambodia for the upcoming USAID/Cambodia Health Quality Activity. USAID/Cambodia seeks to award a five-year award focused on improving the  quality of public and private health services in Cambodia. The goal of this award is to support quality improvement of Cambodia's health sector, which for the purposes of this award is defined as improved effectiveness, efficiency, patient-centeredness,  safety, accessibility, and equity of health services.

Qualifications: At least 8-10 years of experience for COP and DCOP and 5-8 years of experience for other positions working in health quality/systems strengthening areas and/or similar programs, preferably those funded by USAID; A minimum of Master's degree in related fields, advanced degree is an added advantage; Experience working in Asia, particularly in Cambodia and health quality strongly desired; Strong understanding of issues related to health quality and demonstrated skills in effectively working, coordinating and negotiating with local institutions and organizations, donors, other USAID projects, U.S. embassies, and partners; Fluency in English required; fluency in Khmer strongly encouraged.
