World Vision Cambodia seeks highly qualified staffs for an exciting USAID “Integrated Nutrition, Hygiene, and Sanitation Project” to address selected Global Health Initiative (GHI) and Feed the Future (FTF) priorities in Cambodia. The project is to improve the nutritional status of mothers and children focusing on household-level practice of key Essential Nutrition Actions, sanitation facilities; hygiene behaviours and capacity of private and public sector partners to promote healthy behaviors. All the positions are conditional and subject to World Vision Cambodia receiving the funding. All the positions are based in Phnom Penh.

Position: Human Resource Coordinator (for International Staff Support and Projects)
Location: Phnom Penh
General Description:
To coordinate and provide Human Resource (HR) related administrative services and support to People & Culture Managers and International Staff located in Cambodia that will contribute to their effectiveness as World Vision (WV) staff.
1. University degree in Human Resource Management or Business Administration
2. Strong command in English both written and verbal
3. Data analysis and report preparation
4. Minimum of three years of Human Resource or Finance administration experience
5. Experience of working with internationals and/or multicultural environment is preferred

Position: Operations Technical Officer for Health
Location: Kompong Thom Province
General Description:
To provide technical support to Area Development Programs (ADPs) within the province (Operations) on the design, monitoring, implementation and evaluation of Health sector Project(s) and ADP health interventions, with guidance support and technical advice from the Technical Team at National Office. In collaboration with Operations Monitoring Officer (OMO), ensure integrity and quality during implementation, and that the projects are fully aligned with the Secondary Strategy for Health/Nutrition/HIV and WASH and Child Well Being Outcome targets.
1. Degree in Nursing, Midwifery or Medical Assistant
2. Technical knowledge in maternal, child health and nutrition
3. Experience in data collection and project design
4. Experience in advocacy and networking
5. Effective communication and facilitation skills
6. Skills in project management and implementation

Position: Production Officer
Location: Phnom Penh
General Description:
Lead in the effective production and dissemination of key messages, through the production of high quality videos and photographic resources, for our internal and external audiences. Act as the senior producer and head photographer with the ability to mentor and train junior staff. The Communications Department requires effective, accessible, up-to-date media resources. Contribute to the enhanced profile of WVC’s nationally and internationally.
1. Degree in Communications, Media, IT, Arts, or equivalent
2. Minimum 5 years experience of in digital media production (such as Video and photo production and post-production) with sample of relevant work. Production company experience highly desired.
3. Experience filming video and shooting photographs with DSLR cameras, such as the Canon 7D and 5D.
4. High level English communications kills

Position: Program Officer for Knowledge Management & Monitoring and Evaluation (KMME)
Location: Phnom Penh
General Description:
To provides professional support to program managers on adaption and implementation of Monitoring and Evaluation policies, processes, and tools, documentation of best practices, and to prepare quality and timely project progress report of SAFE SEAs Project to CPP senior management and SOs.
1. Bachelor of English Literature/Business Administration/Development
2. At least 2 years experience in program / project planning and / or design, monitoring, and evaluation especially experience in sectoral and complex programming like human trafficking and sexual abuse.
3. Proven track record of experience and understanding of basic DME principles and project management principles

Position: Project Coordinator for Active Community Toward Protection of Children (ACTPOC)

General Description
Lead and facilitate in building the capacity of existing groups both formal and informal in the community such as children and youth groups, parent groups, child protection networks, commune committee for woman and children to have capacity in preventing and protecting children from all kinds of abuse. The children and youth groups can raise up issues at sub-national or national and international to influence the policy or practices effecting their rights.
1. University degree in project management, law, psychology or social sciences.
2. At least 2 years experiences in community mobilization and development project.
3. Experience in project and program design, implementation, monitoring, evaluation, and report writing.
4. Willingness to travel and stay overnight at project sites.

Position: Project Coordinator for PMTCT
1. Takeo Province “for Preykabas Health Operational District (OD)”
2. Phnom Penh “South Health Operational District (OD)”
General Description
To assist project manager in planning, budgeting, implementations, monitoring, and evaluation of Prevention Mother To Children Transmission (PMTCT) program integration into government Maternal Child Health, HIV/AIDS services and to ensure quality of PMTCT program through coordination and collaboration with government health stakeholder especially National Maternal Child Health Centre (NMCHC), Nation Centre for HIV/AIDS, Dermatology and STD (NCHADS) and HIV/AIDS authorities in all level.
1. Medical Doctor, Medical Assistant, or master of public health degree
2. At least three years experience in HIV/AIDS and Mother and child health; training experience preferred.
3. Experience in coordination, networking with government staffs and other stakeholder ;especially, facilitation in training or workshop

Position: Sponsorship Technical Officer
Location: Phnom Penh
General Description
To ensure that sponsorship service operations within all assigned Area Development Programs are carried out to promote communities’ good understanding of sponsorship for transformation, to properly monitor child well being, to appropriately apply child protection policy with Register Child (RC), and to well manage Child Sponsorship Management Project (CSMP) in Design, Monitoring and Evaluation in alignment with LEAP.
1. Bachelor of English Literature/Business Administration/Development
2. At least 2 years experience in community development project
3. Experience in coordination, networking staffs and other stakeholder
4. Frequent travel outside of Phnom Penh.

Position: Communication Coordinator for Operations
1. Siem Reap Province
2. Kompong Chhnang Province
General Description
To support the Area Development Programs (ADPs) within their operation with the coordination and production of all communication collateral; video & photography, graphic design & print, writing, events, media, and support the Creative Youth Transformation Development Facilitators (TDFs) with the implementation of the Creative Youth Curriculum. The Communication & Creative Youth Coordinator supports the Communications Team at the National Office with the gathering of communication resources, scouting stories and emergency communication support, hosting of visitors, and facilitating the delivery of the Creative Youth Curriculum into the youth clubs. Provide capacity building and technical support to the roll-out of Sponsorship 2.0 throughout the ADPs.
1. Bachelor Degree in Communications or Journalism
2. Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills (Khmer and English)
3. One Year communication work with experience across graphic design, photo and video production, story writing, journalism, media
