1. Sales Manager (Phnom Penh)
Reporting to the Chief Agency Sales Officer, the incumbent will be responsible to recruit, develop and provide on-going supervision to insurance sales personnel for the company in order to achieve the company's business objectives.

Skills/ Requirements:
■ Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business, Finance or related field is preferred
■ Proven track record in sales management and people management a definite advantage
■ A vested interest in keeping abreast of the industry and market trends
■ Strong analytical, inter-personal, communication and business development/sales skills
■ Strong networking skills

2. Manager, HR Operations (Phnom Penh)
Being the second person of the HR department after the Chief Human Resources Officer, Manager HR Operations is mainly in charge of the compensation & benefits management, HR shared services platform and Labor & Compliances.

Skills/ Requirements:
■ Minimum 5 years of experience in HR Management and/or Administration in a large organization
■ Strong Knowledge of Human Resources policies and procedures
■ Proven experiences in HR budgeting, payroll and HR information system
■ Skillful in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
■ Strong interpersonal skills and ability to relate well to people
■ Fluent in written and spoken English

3. Executive Assistant to CEO and General Manager (Phnom Penh)
The successful incumbent is responsible for performing secretarial duties and functions to assist the CEO and General Manager of Manulife Cambodia in day to day matters.

Skills/ Requirements:
■ Demonstrated 3-4 years experiences and working knowledge of administrative functions in a large organization
■ Bachelor Degree in related field is preferred
■ Good interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
■ Independent and able to work under pressure
■ Computer literate in Microsoft Office

4. Insurance Specialist (Phnom Penh and Siem Reap)
The successful incumbent is responsible for providing financial advice to potential clients through professional need analysis and fact finding and constantly identifying qualified prospects and turning them into real business.

Skills/ Requirements:
■ Graduated bachelor degree in Business, Marketing or related filed is preferred
■ Excellent customer service skills, aptitude and experience; experience in banking customer services would be an asset
■ Strong social network is an added advantage
■ Proven successful experience in working with people from diverse background
■ Good oral and written communication skills in Khmer and English

5. Customer Service Officer (Phnom Penh)
The successful incumbent is responsible for handling and resolving customer queries and request via phone, walk-in customers in a professional and caring way.

Skills/ Requirements:
■ Degree holder from related field is preferred
■ Previous experiences in customer facing role will be added advantage
■ Mature and pleasant personality
■ Excellent service attitude and able to follow through on commitments
■ Computer literate in Microsoft Office
