Administrative Human Resources Department Position: Human resources director (1 person), annual salary: $100,000 Job responsibilities: Comprehensively plan human resources strategies of the company; establish and improve the human resources management systems (including the comprehensive construction of systems, such as recruitment, performance, training, compensation and staff development, etc); organize and set up various plans about human resources development of the company
