Position: Area Development Program Manager
Location: Preah Net Preah District, Banteay Meanchey Province
General Description:
To provide overall leadership and management for the area development program in accordance with relevant World Vision strategies and Ensure that project priorities are based on community needs and reflect WV Cambodia’s three strategic themes: vulnerable children; empowered communities and transformed systems and structures.

1. Fully able to embrace organizational values and commitment towards the mission of WVC.
2. Bachelor of Business Management or Rural Development.
3. Min 2 years professional experience in community development program/project.
4. Experience in project and program design, implementation, evaluation, and report writing.
5. Competent in written English, Ms. Offices and willingness to travel or stay at project sites.

Position: Senior Program Officer for Policy and Research
Location: Phnom Penh, National Office
General Description:
To support the advocacy initiatives of WVC to influence policy implementation and changes through actual conduct and technical coordination of policy researches, analysis and briefs related to Education and Child Protection.

1. Masters degree in any social sciences or other related fields.
2. With 5 years experience in research preferably on policy research.
3. Be good experience in using research for influencing programming or policies.
4. Proven ability on policy analysis and excellent research & presentation skills.
5. Excellent interpersonal skills especially in negotiation, capacity building and influencing.

Position: Project Coordinator for Community Mobilization (PC for CM)
Location: Battambang Province
General Description:
To strengthened functionality of project to prevent and protect children from worst forms of child labour, especially in brick factory by promoting awareness of worst forms of child labour among community members and factory owners/leaders.

1. University Degree in Social Science.
2. Min. 2 years of professional experience on child labour or child in crisis.
3. Experience in working with child labour , project design, implementation, and report writing
4. Competent in written English and Ms. Offices

Position: Human Resource Officer
Location: Base in Kompong Chhnang or Kompong Thom Province
General Description:
To ensure the implementation of excellent Human Resource Management (HRM) practices as provided through the Human Resource Department including being the HR administration, service provider and business partner to the senior managers. This position will facilitate the recruitment, staff development, staff well-being and staff performance management.

1. Bachelor degree in Human Resource Management or Business Administration.
2. At least 3 years broad Human Resource experience.
3. English proficiency (written & speaking), and highly competent in standard office software.
4. Strongly experience in coordination, facilitation, follow up, monitor, organizational and logistics planning skills, demonstrating high degree of initiative, and critical thinking ability.

Position: Christian Commitment Coordinator
Location: Preah Vihear Province
General Description:
To develop strategic plan and arrange for technical support to improve the capacity of the church partners in carrying out Holistic Ministry responding God’s calling with good confidence and sustainability in the journey to witness of the good news of the Kingdom God.

1. Bachelor of Business Administration or Bible school accomplishment.
2. At least 3 years experience with in church or any Christian activities.
3. Experience in project management is advantage.
4. Effective Communication, facilitation skills and knowledge of humanitarian industry.

Position: Operations Technical Officer for Health
Location: Preah Vihear Province and Takeo Province
General Description:
To provide technical support to Area Development Programs (ADPs) within the province (Operations) on the design, monitoring, implementation and evaluation of Health sector Project(s) and ADP health interventions, with guidance support and technical advice from the Technical Team at National Office.

1. Degree in Nursing, Midwifery or Medical Assistant.
2. Technical knowledge in maternal, child health and nutrition.
3. Effective communication and facilitation skills.
4. Skills in project management, data collection and implementation.

Position: Counselor
Location: Phnom Penh
General Description:
This position is created to provide quality of counseling and therapy to clients of TRP who are victim of trafficking for sexual exploitation and abuse. The position holder will assist the Project Officer for Clinical and Counseling in facilitating healing and recovery process to victims who suffered from sexual abuse and human trafficking.

1. Bachelor degree in social science in the field of Sociology and or other related fields.
2. At least three years experienced in counseling especially for traumatize children with extensive knowledge of sexual abuse and trafficking in children issues.
3. Knowledge of Trauma Focus Cognitive and Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and supervision TF_CBT experience is a plus.
4. Good spoken and written in English language skills and Vietnamese is higher preferable.
5. Fully able to embrace organizational values and commitment towards the mission of WVC.

Position: Project Assistant
Location: Phnom Penh
General Description:
To support project we call ‘Improve the Management of Program and Aftercare For Children Trafficked and Sexually Exploited” (IMPACT) and including the collaboration and cooperation with key partners in order to improve the capacity of faith-based and other organization to provide quality aftercare for sexually abused and trafficked children.

1. Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or Psychology.
2. At least 2 years experiences with NGO regarding to Children in Crisis.
3. Negotiation Skill and Multi-Communication skill.
4. Inter-personal Skill /Multi-cultural Skill / Management / Children Development Skill.
5. Computer literacy, Abilities on facilitation and coordination; communication and translation (Both English and Khmer), and logistical and minute taker.

Position: Project Officer of Advocacy and Training
Location: Battambang Province
General Description:
To assist the Project Manager in successfully implementing the advocacy strategy with promoting the rights of children at risk of all forms of child labour in brick factory. Implement a strategy to promote child protection as part of an advocacy campaign and cooperate with all levels of government ministry representatives, INGOs and NGOs.

1. Bachelor degree of law, rural development management, social science or related field.
2. At least 2 years experience in program/project planning and/or related field.
3. Previous experience in delivering training on advocacy techniques.
4. Good knowledge of facilitation skill, coordination, net working and report writing.
5. Proficiency in English and able to work independently, be flexible, and work under pressure.
6. Fully able to embrace organizational values and commitment towards the mission of WVC.
