PRASAC MFI Ltd., is a microfinance institution, which is providing sustainable financial services such as loans, deposits, and other financial products for 25 provinces and city of Cambodia. PRASAC is currently seeking for the qualified Cambodian national candidate (male or female) to fill the position of:

Position: Manager of Branding and Marketing Unit, 01 Position Report to: VP and Manager of Marketing and Communication Department
Job Location: Head Office, Phnom Penh Deadline: September 18, 2015 at 4:00 PM
Main Duties and Responsibilities Key Selection Criteria and Qualification

• Develop the annual strategy and budget plans for Branding and Communications Unit.
• Coordinates the development of effective marketing strategies to promote PRASAC financial services as well as brand awareness.
• Support promotion campaigns, Credits, Deposits, ATM, Local Money Transfer, FX, Payroll Service, and other products.
• Oversee all marketing materials, production and quality controls.
• Manage annual report designs & productions, and newsletters and other communication materials.
• Manage annual calendar designs & productions
• Support branding on company events both internal and external.
• Improve and develop PRASAC website.
• Coordinate office standard and decoration.
• Cooperate closely with the training department in developing mar-keting courses.
• Manage team effectively.
• Perform other related duties incidental to the work described herein.

• BA in Business Administration, Marketing, but prefers in Master Degree in relevant fields.
• At least 3 years of related experiences in marketing or promotion institution-building preferably in the micro-finance or banking sector.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities within tight deadlines.
• Strong understanding of current best practices in marketing, management issues and the use of promotion operations.
• Familiarity with promotion products and services in MFI sector.
• Knowledge of statistical and forecasting methods and relevant software packages.
• Excellent understanding of Cambodia’s rural economy, particularly the agricultural sector.
• Strong interpersonal skills, good presentational and writing abilities.
• Understanding computer literacy (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe In Design, Corel Draw, and Adobe Illustrator, etc.).
• High capacity in English both writing and speaking.
