The Manager works directly to the CEO and is guided by his global marketing expertise in a former career as President of 20th Century Fox international. The manager also contributes to strategic, organisational decision-making as a member of the senior management team
The Manager will lead a team of designers, social media experts and film-makers within a strategic, integrated and highly creative context to plan and implement the communication of the CCF story and its quantifiable successes to engage an international and local audience. S/he will build on the widely recognised brand and build engagement with CCF with strategic rigor, defined intent and targeted traditional and digital content. An innovative and highly creative approach is required to clarify style and develop end-to-end marketing products, in strong relationship and collaboration with donor relationships/marketing colleagues the CCF international offices.
The Position Description outlines the key results expected in the areas of marketing and communication, analytical planning and relationship management. The PD also outlines the key selection criteria including a creative/conceptual approach, and specific experience working in a multimedia team in a large complex organisation. This role is located in Phnom Penh, is full time and a willingness to commit to minimum a two year plus contract is required.
