  The United Nations Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights (OHCHR) in Cambodia would like to invite all interested qualified/eligible applicants to apply for the vacancy below:  

Programme Analyst (one position)

Organizational Unit: Civil Society and Fundamental Freedoms Unit Contract Type & Level: Fixed-term appointment, NO-A (National Post) Duty Station: Phnom Penh, Cambodia Main Requirements: A completed advanced university degree (Masters or equivalent) in law, political or social sciences with up to two years of relevant professional experience. Or a first level University degree (Bachelor) in the same field with at least two years of relevant professional experience. Fluency (written and spoken) in English and Khmer.   Summary of Key Functions: • Ensures implementation of programme strategies; • Creation and maintenance of strategic partnerships and implementation of advocacy strategies; • Monitor and coordinate with government counterparts and facilitate technical assistance analysis and capacity building where available and in line with program priorities; • Monitor, report, investigate, and interview partners related to human rights and fundamental freedoms violations. Provide protection assistance and contribute to the development of protection strategies.
