The U.S. Mission in Phnom Penh is seeking eligible and qualified applicants for the position of Project Management Assistant for the Office of Public Health and Education (OPHE), USAID/Cambodia.
The incumbent is responsible for activities in support of program, financial and budget management, reporting and data coordination, and management of the annual Country Operational Plan (COP) process. S/he also serves as alternate AOR/COR on assigned USAID HIV Projects, and coordinates collection, analysis and submission of data to meet the Presidential Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief (PEPFAR) and USAID reporting requirements. S/he also manages other data information systems for USAID and PEPFAR and provides support to the PEPFAR team in compiling, storing, analyzing, and presenting PEPFAR data, in communications materials.
Salary: The annual salary range for this position is USD 16,003 – 24,804.
Required Qualifications
1. EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree in the field of Business Administration, Business Management, Accounting, Finance, Statistics, Education, Public Health, Development or International Affairs is required.
2. EXPERIENCE: Three years of experience in development sector working in either program or project management, or in budget and administration is required.
3. LANGUAGE: Level IV (fluent) Speaking/Reading/Writing English and Khmer are required. (This will be tested.)
