Job Responsibilities and Requirements:

♦ Participate in the annual planning process by assisting in the compilation and implementation of the Revenue plan and Market Action Plan in his / her area and the area as required.

♦ Develops and implements strategies in order to meet goal relation to his / her specific markets and team.

♦ Identifies potential in his / her specific markets and team. Develops and implements action to maximize the potential.

♦ Good communication skill with English, Chinese and Khmer.

2- Food & Beverage Manager

Job Responsibilities and Requirements:

♦ Responsible for all food & beverage operation in hotel and outside catering

♦ Develop marketing plans & budgets

♦ Creating a positive image for all F&B outlets

♦ Reviews financial transactions and monitors budget

3- Cost Controller

Job Responsibilities and Requirements:

♦ Preparing Daily Flash Food Cost

♦ Develop Food & Beverage Cost Potential.

♦ Preparing month-end Food & Beverage cost reconciliation.
