Technology Development Manager

Job Title : Technology Development Manager
Report to : Head of MIS
Location : Head office

Job Responsibilities
♦ Innovate the latest technology to support AMK business need
♦ Developing the Technology Planning and implementation plan
♦ Assist in development of AMK Technology strategy
♦ Development of Technology research capacity and capability to meet with AMK business current requirement and future requirement.
♦ Development of research partnerships with other Local and international Technology Service Providers to support the project planning and implementation.
♦ Responsible for designing and developing system as request from other department through MIS department.
♦ Support and maintain, Core Banking back-end
♦ Support and maintain third party applications which integration with Core Banking
♦ Develop, maintain and support for Business Intelligent (BI) reporting
♦ Develop, maintain new and/or existing in-house applications with the business reporting
♦ Maintain and support Tasks related with Credit Bureau Cambodia (CBC)
♦ Support, Maintain and Documentation the new and/or existing deployment system.

Qualification and Experiences:
♦ Bachelor degree in Computer Science or higher
♦ 3+ years’ experience with MFI financial and operation reporting and/or BI reporting is a plus
♦ 3+ years’ experience with DBMS such as Microsoft SQL server and/or Oracle is a plus
♦ 2+ years’ experience with .Net platform such as: C#, VB.Net, ASP.net
♦ At least 1 year experience working with Credit Bureau Cambodia (CBC)
♦ Understanding of Object-Oriented Design and Relational Database is a must
♦ At least 1 year experience in Project Management, especially IT Project
♦ Innovative and Creative
♦ Good communication, facilitation and good interpersonal skills
♦ Excellent written and spoken English

AMK provides competitive salary package to its employees with multiple bonus and other benefits, including Khmer New Year bonus, Pchum Ben bonus, incentive, pension fund, 100% medical insurance for employee’s spouse and dependences for local treatment and for staff is up to USD 2,000 for oversea treatment, 24 hours accident insurance, staff loan for education purpose with only 2% interest rate per year, USD 300 bonus for both maternity or paternity and up to USD 1,000 if surgery required, 18 days annual leave, capacity building per job requirement, and good working condition in accordance to the Cambodian Labor Law.
