Kirirom Crystal Hotel is a newly built hotel located in downtown Phnom Penh and is suitable for leisure and business travelers. To run & expand our services, we are looking for experienced professionals to join our teams:
1. Sales & Marketing Manager  (1 position) 2. Sales Executive                  (1 position)
Requirements: 1. Sales & Marketing Manager • At least 3 years experience in the hotel industry. • Bachelor of Business Administration or Marketing. • Excellent sales, negotiation and interpersonal skills. • Ability to convince and influence to drive business. • Competent in English, MS Office and Internet functions. • Resouceful with new ideas to build new customers. • Have good relationship with tour agencies. • Fully able to commit towards the business goal and success of our hotel. • Able to work under pressure and flexible work hour during peak periods. • With leadership, coaching and team building skills.
2. Sales Executive • Minimum 1 year experience in Sales & Marketing. • University degree preferably in marketing or related fields. • Excellent presentation and selling skills. • Hard working self-motivated person • Good interpersonal and communication skills. • Resouceful with new ideas to build new customers. • Have good relationship with tour agencies. • Able to work under pressure and flexible work hour during peak periods.
