Say Bory, the Cambodian co-lawyer for Khieu Samphan, has resigned. Say was concerned he would not be able to represent Khieu through to the tribunal's conclusion due to poor health, according to a release from the court.

Say will continue to represent the former DK head of state while arrangements for a new lawyer are made.

Khieu's international co-lawyer is the controversial Jacques Verges.
