“As a customer service consultant, I have to process transactions quickly and accurately. I have to provide the 5 star service: sompheas (putting two hands together and bowing, keeping eye contact, calling customers by their title, asking if they need any more help, and saying thank you. I also have to make sure the money is correct at the end of each day, and cross-sell with the customer to make sure the branch hits its targets.

“As one of the stars, I have to perform, walk as a model, and work as a master of ceremony MC. There are lots of things to do besides performing. I prepare all the things that the producers need.
