DRUG officials from ASEAN countries as well as China, South Korea and Japan kicked off a three-day meeting in Jakarta yesterday set to focus on bolstering anti-drug trafficking initiatives, Cambodian officials said. Moek Dara, secretary general of the National Authority for Combating Drugs at the Ministry of Interior, said yesterday’s talks centred on the prevention of cross-border smuggling. The meeting is scheduled to wind up on tomorrow.
