A counter-terrorism law was approved by the Council of Ministers on July 7 and will be sent to the National Assembly for ratification.
The law allows for seizure of assets and imposes a maximum penalty of life in prison for those convicted of terrorism-related crimes, Deputy Justice Minister Hi Sophea told Reuters.
