Arrest made over rape allegations

Police arrested a 25-year-old man yesterday for allegedly raping a 17-year-old girl in Preah Sihanouk province, according to Be Sivanna, chief of the Anti-Human Trafficking and Juvenile Protection Bureau in Preah Sihanouk province. He added that the suspect raped the victim in a guesthouse after the two were out drinking with friends and that the victim filed a complaint to local rights group Adhoc.
