Cambodian businessman and prominent CPP supporter, Teng Boonma, plans a resort on

90 hectares of land in Sihanoukville, said Chhun Sirun, CPP first deputy governor.

Approval has already been granted by the Council of Ministers for a five-story hotel

and nine-hole golf course. Sirun's boss, the Funcinpec governor, said he knew nothing

about it.
