Former Hotel Renakse Manager Kem Chantha filed an appeal Monday to reinstate her lease, which she has claimed gives her control of the hotel until April 2050. Kem Chantha was barred from the premises on January 6, and the Municipal Court ruled in July that she had failed to fulfill the terms of her contract.
