The
government will boost cooperation to locate and repatriate the remains
of US soldiers killed in Cambodia during the Vietnam War. Foreign
Affairs Ministry spokesman Koy Kuong said Tuesday that Anne Mills
Griffith, the executive director of the US-based National League of
Families of American Prisoners and Missing in Southeast Asia, met with
Foreign Minister Hor Namhong on Monday to thank the government for its
cooperation. Koy Kuong said joint search missions would begin in
Kampong Cham province at the end of the year.
