Former Phnom Penh police chief Heng Pov was brought to Municipal Court on Thursday for questioning in two separate cases of extortion and illegal human detention, said his defense lawyer, Kao Soupha, who added that his client did not answer questions because the charges were old and because the former top cop has already been sentenced to more than 90 years in prison for other crimes.
