Jeonju University in South Korea has given honourary doctorates to Heng Samrin, the president of the National Assembly, and Bun Rany, the prime minister's wife and president of the Cambodian Red Cross. The two officials were given their certificates at an award ceremony at Chaktomuk Theatre on Sunday. According to a press release, Bun Rany received a doctoral certificate in literature, and Heng Samrin received a doctoral certificate of public administration.
