A delegation from

India's National Defence College is expected to arrive in Cambodia

today for the beginning of a six-day visit that is to include meetings

with officials including RCAF Commander-in-Chief Pol Saroeun and Neang

Phat, a secretary of state at the Ministry of Defence. Founded in 1960

and based in New Delhi, the college provides instruction in "the wider

aspects of higher direction and strategy of warfare".
