The body of 7-year-old Phearom Rattanak, the son of the Kompan commune first deputy chief in Memot district, Kampong Cham, was found in a well on Saturday. Un Phearom, the father of the victim, believes his son was killed by the father of a neighbour who exchanged insults with Phearom Rattanak.
