Debauchery charges against German national Michael Ruckriem, 30, have been dropped

by the Sihanoukville court. He was arreeted in March after allegedly paying five

young boys to engage in sex acts on Ochheuteal Beach. However, investigating judge

Keo Sokhan ruled there was not enough evidence to support the case.
